Welcome to Coaching by Dasha. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website coachingbydasha.com, our coaching services, our digital products, and any related programs, courses, or resources (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, purchasing a product, booking a session, or signing up for our email list, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

About Us

Coaching by Dasha is owned and operated by Dasha Tcherniakovskaia as a sole proprietorship based in Massachusetts. Dasha Tcherniakovskaia is the founder and lead coach.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services from Coaching by Dasha. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Services We Offer

We provide coaching services, digital products, courses, workbooks, and free resources designed to support personal growth. Specific offerings include, but are not limited to:

One-on-one coaching packages
VIP Days
Group programs and containers
Self-paced digital courses and workbooks
Free guides, toolkits, and resources
Podcast content and written resources

The specific deliverables, duration, and terms of each offering are described on the corresponding sales or product page.

Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. By purchasing a product or service, you agree to pay the full price listed at the time of purchase.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor (ThriveCart and associated payment gateways). We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

For services with installment payment plans, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file according to the payment schedule agreed to at checkout. Failed or declined payments may result in the suspension of access to the product or service until payment is resolved.

Refund Policy

Digital products, courses, and workbooks: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once access has been granted, except where required by law.

One-on-one coaching: All payments for one-on-one coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased. This policy reflects the time, preparation, and capacity reserved for each client.

VIP Days: All payments for VIP Days are non-refundable once purchased. Significant preparation time is invested before each VIP Day, including intake review and customized session planning.

Group programs: All payments for group programs are non-refundable once enrolled. Group programs run on fixed cohort dates and reserved capacity cannot be released.

If you believe your situation warrants a refund outside of the stated policy, please contact us at dasha@coachingbydasha.com and we will review your request in good faith, though approval is at our sole discretion.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

One-on-one coaching sessions: At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. If a reschedule is requested within 48 hours and availability allows, the session may be moved within the same calendar week at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited.

VIP Days: At least 14 days notice is required to reschedule a VIP Day. This policy reflects the significant preparation time invested in advance of each session.

Group programs: Group programs run on fixed cohort dates. Individual session rescheduling is not available. Recordings may be provided for missed group sessions where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our products, including written material, audio, video, images, frameworks, workbook content, course materials, branding, and logos, is the intellectual property of Coaching by Dasha and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal growth. You may not:

Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish our materials
Share login credentials or course access with others
Resell, sublicense, or repurpose our materials for commercial use
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use our materials to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

User Conduct

When engaging with our Services, including in group programs, coaching sessions, and any community spaces, you agree to:

Treat the coach, other participants, and staff with respect
Maintain the confidentiality of anything shared by other participants in group settings
Refrain from harassing, discriminatory, or abusive behavior
Use the Services only for their intended purpose

We reserve the right to remove you from any program, session, or community space, without refund, for behavior that violates these standards.

Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching by Dasha provides coaching services, which are distinct from therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, medical advice, psychiatric care, legal advice, or financial advice. Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal growth, self-awareness, and behavior change.

Dasha is not acting as a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, attorney, or financial advisor when providing coaching services, regardless of any prior professional credentials. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical treatment, or licensed professional advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, medical issue, or legal or financial concern, please consult a licensed professional in the relevant field.

No Guarantees

While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and content, we make no guarantees about the results you will experience. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, circumstances, and implementation. Testimonials and examples shared on our website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

You accept full responsibility for the decisions you make and actions you take during and after engaging with our Services.

Testimonials and Client Stories

Testimonials and client stories shared on our website and marketing materials are real and shared with permission. Names and identifying details may be changed to protect client privacy.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific product or service terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coaching by Dasha regarding your use of the Services.
